Our Pride journey started with our iconic 'You are loved' buses in 2022 as a visual demonstration of our belief that no one should have to experience discrimination for who they love, and that everyone deserves being their true, whole and best selves.
To date, we've introduced 13 'You are loved' buses across Australasia and have seen the direct impact of these buses through feedback of appreciation and love from the LGBTQ+ community and allies.
After earning Bronze Australian Workplace Equality Index accreditation from Pride in Diversity in 2023, Kinetic has now achieved Silver accreditation in 2025.
We're now working towards achieving Gold accreditation in what is Australia's definitive national benchmark for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.
Our progress towards Gold accreditation includes comprehensive staff training, inclusive policies, all-gender facilities, executive champions, Pride networks, community event participation, and ongoing LGBTQ+ education initiatives
In New Zealand, we're committed to achieving and maintaining Toitū Takatāpui accreditation, previously known as the Rainbow Tick.
Toitū Takatāpui are New Zealand's leading organisation seeking to advance safety and inclusion of LGBTQ+ people in workplaces across Aotearoa. The certification evaluates organisations' commitment to creating safe and inclusive environments for people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities.
Our journey in New Zealand includes partnering with Wellington Pride to launch the country's first Pride Bus and actively participating in Pride events across the country.
