Our dedicated school bus brand Go Bus is proudly a long-term transport delivery partner for the Ministry of Education's school bus and special needs transport services. Following a competitive tender process for national school transport services, in 2022 we more than doubled our contracted services to now provide 679 school routes, recognising Go Bus's experience delivering safe and reliable school bus services critical to local communities.

What information do I need to get a quote?

Before requesting a quote ensure you have the following information;

  • Number of Passengers
  • Frequency of service
  • Pick up and drop off locations, dates & times
  • Specific passenger needs this can include wheelchair access, seatbelts requests, toilet facilities.

How do you work out the best route?

Our service delivery teams live and work locally, before each charter they will complete a route assessment to ensure passenger safety, vehicle access and costs. The team will contact you to discuss any concerns with pick up and drop off points and find the best solution for you and your students.

Are seatbelts available?

Seatbelt availability depends on the vehicle allocated. Please let us know if seatbelts are required so this can be checked before confirming the booking.

Do drivers have a Working with Children Check?

Yes. As part of company policy, drivers are required to hold a current Working with Children Check where applicable for services involving children or school groups.

Can you provide buses with wheelchair access?

Accessible vehicles may be available depending on location, date, and operational requirements. Please advise us at the time of enquiry.

Can the bus pick up from an airport, stadium, or major venue?

Yes, but some venues may require permits, access approval, or allocated bus zones. This should be confirmed in advance.

Is there storage available on the bus?

Storage availability depends on the vehicle allocated. Please advise us in advance if you need space for luggage, sports equipment, school bags, or other items so we can check suitability before confirming the booking
